When you are planning to visit us to purchase a pre-owned car or truck, there is a 72-hour holding period before a vehicle purchased in the U.S. can be taken across the border. What this means is that a copy of the title must be faxed 72 hours in advance to the U.S. Customs Pembina Border Crossing @ (701) 825-6567.
